Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" on our homepage and fill out the registration form with your name, email, and password.

How do I connect my social media accounts?

Go to the Channels page in your dashboard and click "Connect" next to the platform you want to add. You'll be redirected to authorize the connection.

What social media platforms are supported?

We support Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and TikTok Business accounts for automated posting.

Scheduling Posts

How do I schedule a post?

Go to the Create Post page, write your content, select your channels, and choose when to publish. You can schedule different times for each platform.

Can I edit scheduled posts?

Yes! Go to your calendar view and click on any scheduled post to edit the content, timing, or channels.

What file types are supported?

We support JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, and MOV files. Maximum file size is 100MB per file.

Facebook Ads Automation

What are Facebook Ads automations?

Automated rules that manage your Facebook ad campaigns, like pausing ads during quiet hours or adjusting budgets based on performance.

How do I set up Quiet Hours?

Go to Ads Rules in your dashboard, create a new rule, and set the time range when you want ads to be paused automatically.

Can I create custom automation rules?

Yes! Business plan users can create up to 10 custom automation rules with advanced conditions and triggers.

Account & Billing

How do I change my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard and select your new plan. Changes take effect immediately.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?
